Here is what David’s audience said after hearing him speak:

I asked David to talk at my Kick Ass Club where my all female entrepreneurial members are used to some really fabulous speakers! Without exception, my audience of 40 "Movers and Shakers" were thoroughly moved and shaken by David's talk. Firstly, he is an inspired story-teller. His very real and often humorous tales captivated the room but were delivered in a truly authentic and humble way.
David shared his 10 Secrets's of Success (I have them printed out on my kitchen wall now!). Hearing David's insights from mentoring some of the world's most successful people is genuinely priceless – and the content was often surprising, there were no cliched "motivational speaker" answers and everything was relevant for my demanding audience.
And without wishing to sound trite, David is an incredibly likeable person, creating immediate rapport with my guests. Despite his super impressive CV his approach is humble and wise. We can't wait for him to speak for us again as he clearly has incredible depth of knowledge and is a world class speaker.

Paula MacArthur - The Kick Ass Club

Thank you for your talk at our HEC Alumni UK event.  I really enjoyed how you introduced the evening with the question  “What is mentoring?” and then added other topics with questions that engaged, what could otherwise have been a passive audience. No doubt you do this deliberately.

I personally valued how your frames of reference prompted us to self-reflect rather than to offer just 'tips' -  this was very aligned with the essence of your work and is not that easy to do skilfully.

Thank you once again for investing your time with us.

Laure Fau - Executive Coach, Facilitator and Mentor

David, You have a relaxed and easy style, precise delivery and a genuine mastery of mentoring. But what makes listening to you an experience that lifts and inspires is your care and generosity when answering questions. Thank you for that.

Zek Halu Director The Epoch Times UK

David. You handled the questions brilliantly and you came across warm, international, successful, experienced and wise. Calm, centred with a sense of humour. I'd give you 9.5 out of 10. It would have been 10 if you had spoken longer!

Alexa Jago  Actress

Thank you for a great inspiring speech about running a successful mentoring practice and several other themes as well.   The  main inspiration for me is coming from the way who and how you are. Among so many "therapeutic style" practitioners I saw credible, bold and respectful person - mentor. This gives me a new hope for the style and kind of thinking I seem to resonate much more.   Thank you!

Roman Chudoba Coach & Mentor, Facilitator

David helped us to host a group of senior business leaders, leading a hugely enjoyable and stimulating round table discussion, gently encouraging everyone to share their insights on inspirational leadership. He steered away from the usual clichés and made sure there was no grandstanding; instead, sharing some of his own experiences and teasing out personal stories from each of us about the bosses and leaders who have had the biggest impact on our lives and careers. We all headed home knowing each other better as people and with much food for thought about how our own careers and management styles have been influenced by others.

David Carter is a much sought-after speaker at events. Some of the people who have attended David’s talks want to tell you: What David Carter did in his five and half hour presentation was nothing short of genius. A complicated concept was conveyed with great ease! I gained immensely from David’s illuminating talk. I honestly feel that I am going to be much better after attending his presentation.

Raj Prithviraj – PRG Consultants

I asked David Carter to speak at our annual global conference to the topic of Personal Leadership. He fulfilled the brief superbly. David has a wonderfully human style which communicates powerful messages with a combination of personal anecdotes and insights from working with business leaders over many years. David is not the typical speaker who appears on the conference circuit – he genuinely cares about the message he is conveying and the audience he is speaking to. He made a real impression on my team and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Jonathan Davies, Executive Vice-President – CNN International

I recently saw David Carter speak at the CTT International Conference in Noordwijk, Holland. He was the only speaker who spoke without reliance on notes or PowerPoint slides, and he did it with in an easy, confident style that clearly engaged the audience. What struck me about David is that he spoke with credibility, authenticity and passion. He has a rare gift in being able to mix business acumen and heartfelt generosity of spirit.

Phil Clothier, Partner – Richard Barrett and Associates

David Carter’s comments at the Whole System Change Summit dinner, regarding the ‘war for talent’ and broken business models really stuck with me. I admire and respect who he is and the depth of wisdom and sincerity in what he says. David has honed an exceptional ability to listen. His listening is quietly active. It seems to shape and deepen conversation, even when you are saying nothing. It is really brilliant. Finally, the alignment between what David says, who he is and everything I have seen of his business is exceptional. It speaks of deep reflection and consistent integrity of action.

Morel Fourman, CEO – Gaiasoft

I invited David Carter to serve as a keynote speaker for the second International Congress of Management based in Values held in Caracas in July 2006. David’s speech was titled ‘What Makes a Successful Business Leader’. His speech was engaging and received an excellent evaluation from participants. In a comprehensive and explicit presentation to a multicultural corporate audience exceeding 200 senior executives, David presented the multiple aspects associated with different leadership styles and the contributing factors to leadership success and failure.

Adolfo Jarrin, President – Creating C.A.

Our firm had the pleasure of having David Carter present at our November 2006 Lane4 Consultant Conference. We thoroughly enjoyed his engaging presentation and candid responses during the subsequent Q&A. His insight into the ‘world of the CEO’ and mentoring CEOs, provided a great stimulus for lively conversations that continued through the remainder of the day and thereafter. As consultants ourselves, we particularly admired the conversational style of his presentation and his openness. Speaking without notes and slides to distract him, David’s session came across more like a lively discussion rather than a canned presentation. This contributed to the high level of energy and valuable contribution from participants attending this session.
